I use this before another hydrating toner after cleansing. This is gentle and hydrating. In really enjoying it. I do have to be careful when I spray it bc it makes me cough if I breathe in too soon after spraying it. I've never had that happen before. I still really like it and would repurchase.

This mist is very light weight and feels very calming and fresh on the skin. It is perfect for the 7 skin method. I never becomes tacky, and there is only 5 ingredients in total. The active ingredient is for calming the skin and it's at a high percentage. It has zero scent and the atomizer is very fine, no big spurts of product so, it actually makes a great refresher also though out the day over makeup.
