Nothing too special about this toner. I would not say it is hydrating or soothing. It's kind of boring, but it does the job. Great price when it is on sale. This toner is more expensive because it comes with a sprayer, but the sprayer is so cheap! It does not come out as a fine mist like I thought it was going to. Just get the toner without the sprayer.

Soothing toner mist |

This toner is very thin in consistency. No significant scent other than a very faint herbal like one. I been using this during the Winter months throughout the day to help sooth the skin due to dryness. However, I'll say that this one is not that hydrating but soothing instead.
