i have not used this consistently, but everytime i do they definitely moisturize my under eyes. it is a thick cream that will lock in moisture. there are 50 tiny pouches (it says that, i honestly have not counted) and it is amazing for the price. additionally, there are two-three days worth of product, so they will last a while and are travel friendly!
