Though the label says "cream", it actually has a gel consistency. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not the product for you. On my skin, it took at least several days to see any difference. However, it was gentle on my skin. I didn't get any irritation from this product.

This product didn’t make an immediate difference. I noticed my acne spots diminishing faster when I would use this in combination with salicylic acid every other day.
