Light, hydrating, and easy — but very much a “nice layer” and not a heavy hitter. Softer and thinner than it looks, gives a quick plump. Stackable - standalone may not be hydrating enough.

Ever since I’ve been wanting glass skin (for about a year or 2) I started using this toner. The black rice calms the skin a lot and it has a much nicer texture compared to other toners. I’ve repurchased atleast 5 times I highly recommend this
