Absolutely love the Pyunkang Yul acne line. This may be my 3rd time repurchasing.
I think it works wonders for my acne. And them selling it in a pack here is a plus.

I first tried it out after my serum and before my moisturizer and it felt like too much on my skin. Then I started to use it at the end of my routine and I think it did help a little, but not a noticeable difference. My pimples tend to go away after a week or so, so I can't attribute the changes after a few days solely to this cream. It doesn't feel like an active; I expected it to sting a little when I put it on but it felt like adding another layer of moisturizer.
The spot patches also felt like they didn't do anything. I had the first one on for maybe half and hour to an hour and pulled it off, and my pimple looked the same. The next day I decided to try using it for the whole morning/afternoon. It did make the pimple more discreet while I had it on, but when I pulled it off it left the skin surrounding the pimple more red than before.
Overall, I would not repurchase these products.

If you like the clean & clear acne spot treatment, this is basically the same product!! I like the patches that they come with too - after you apply the spot treatment and the gunk comes up to the surface, I put the patch on and it sucks the rest out!

This spot cream doesn't really do much for me, but it doesn't have a bad effect on my skin either. I love that this comes with the spot patches (which I love!)
