It is one of the best toners I have ever tried before, it has a some what thick consistency that slides on smoothly over the skin and gives my dry and flaky skin immediat relief. It is part of my seven skin routine and works wonderfully well with all the other products I put on my face, does not pile and absorbs completely leaving my skin plump and hydrated all day long

The consistency of the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Toner is running water but it helps to deeply hydrate and replenish dry, parched skin.
