It's a good toner. It hydrates your skin, but the consistency is very thick for toner. It might not blend well with other products.

I used this when my skin feels dry and dehydrated, especially during the winter time and after a few weeks it just feels so soft and plumped. The texture is thicker and has more viscosity than the green toner from this brand so I can just pour this directly into my hands and apply it on my face without a cotton pad or a spray bottle.
