I bought this more for day/night lip care than make up. It's thick, occlusive, and sticky. It doesn't last, however, especially if eating/drinking, etc. Not sure where the milk part comes in lol, but it does deliver-ish on the honey part. It was my first lip oil, so I can't compare to others. Love the applicator, though. Wouldn't wear it to sleep, but it's nice to wear around the house.
