Cosrx Propolis Synergy Toner:
This is my all-in-one hydrating toner-essence. I always apply 2-3 layers of this for both AM and PM routine, lightly patting it with my hand instead of using a cotton pad. It's hydrating, moisturizing, and soothing, and makes my skin glow!

I love it, the texture is so watery but rich and it’s very hydrating. Somi uses this toner I’m pretty sure and I totally get why.
