This is such a soothing and hydrating toner. It’s not too water and has a little body to it so it’s very easy to pour on hand and apply to face. No need for toner pad. I notice it doesn’t sting my skin at all when my skin barrier is damaged

This yellow-ish toner have a slightly viscous consistency but doesn't leave sticky or tacky feeling. It's very hydrating and soothes my skin from it's dry and tight feeling, and also makes my skin look glowing✨ If I were to describes it, it's the feeling when you're parched and you finally get to drink a glass of water. A relief. This toner have seized the top position as my favorite toner.
