Something about this brand is just very highly reliable. I dont think I've ran across a bad item from COSRX. I pour the toner directly onto my face and then run it in gently. I feel like it doesn't give me that super tight skin feeling which is bad for your skin by the way. I feel like its hydrating and my skin isn't breaking out after I go through my normal skin routines.
