I really wanted to love this shampoo and I almost do. It smells so good, leaves my hair feeling so shiny afterward without a conditioner, and lathers pretty well. However, I noticed that this made me have more falling hair compared to other shampoos I have used. If it wasn't for that aspect, this shampoo could have been a solid 5/5.
