This toner is super hydrating. It feels like your skin ‘drink’ plenty of water and you’ll get instant plump skin. The texture is slightly viscous and yes, I’m obsessed with it. I can smell a subtle earthy lavender scent. BTW, it you like it unscented, they already have one that suits for sensitive skin.
