If you’re struggling with acne and worried about toners that won’t provided moisture without irritating acne. This is the best toner that can be used for this concern. I personally dealt with this problem and this toner was able to keep my skin hydrated without having any break outs. I had this toner for 8 months and I can personally confirm that it works very well with my skin! 10/10 I am still keep buying this till the end!
