This is not thick and heavy like you would expect a balm to be. It actually dries down to a nice skin like finish without any shine. At least on my skin which is very dry. A very tiny amount is needed and even though I do prefer the Pyunkang yul ato blue label in terms of moisturising this is still a good cream.
