I really like how watery this toner is, it feels very refreshing on the skin. I've noticed that this toner works best on top of damp skin, so when I wash my face, I won't pat my face dry until after I apply this toner. My skin feels hydrated much longer when I do that. It's fragrance free and I like how the formula still feels light and watery on the skin even when you layer it. Some toners start to feel sticky when you apply a couple of layers, but not this one. Overall, I think it's a very good basic toner for those who have dehydrated skin like me
