very moisturizing but it tends to leave a bit of a sticky residue despite its liquid state  

I've been using this for over a month but I'm still not sure if it's really doing anything for my skin. 

I suffer from atopic dermatitis & his toner doesn't irritate my skin during flare ups for me  

I really like this toner and will repurchase! It is not as hydrating as some others, but it is very soothing and reduces redness and calms irritation. I feel like since I started using it, my skin is much more even and less red.
