So far I’m not sure what it does for my skin. But I do like the texture. As for scent it doesn’t smell like onion so that’s great.

This is good toner if you're looking to rehydrate skin after cleansing. It didn't bow me away or anything but didn't break out either! I layered it with a glowing tonet=r.
