I like to use this toner with CSM (Chizu Saeki Method) usually 2 - 3 times a week at night. The skin feels more moisturized and redness on the skin decreases faster. There is a cooling sensation so it feels soothing to the skin.

I don’t particularly love or hate this toner. It was ok. But it was extremely thin. Great for summer weather but I like my toner more essence like. But this toner is formulated with heartleaf, which is known for calming the skin and its anti-inflammatory properties, so I think it would be perfect for sensitive and oily skin type.
