I thought this would be an aggressive cleanser but it’s actually very smooth in texture and not drying after cleansing the face. I don’t use it on a daily basis but I think you can. I wanted to try it out and I’m glad I purchased it. You should try it out for yourself, I’d recommend even for sensitive skin:)
