I've always wanted to try ginseng because of the health benefits. It does take some getting used to the taste but it's not too bad after drinking it a few days. I feel like it does give me energy and it helps a hangover! I will buy again before running out of stock.

It came with a bag that's great for gifting. It has a strong ginseng taste with some chocolate undertones. I didn't feel a boost of energy after taking it but maybe I need to take it every day.

It has stromg ginseng taste but it can easily be washed down with water. Helps with fatihue and immunity. Great supplememt if you can take strong medicinal taste.
