Comes in a bag and box perfect for gift giving. Within the box there are three rectangular boxes each containing 10 sticks . Taste is bitter as expected a bit sweeter though as it is a syrup. Keeps me focused.

It kinda tastes like medicine, when I started drinking this I felt more awake unlike before I would feel tired. I would say to get it for health benefits but if you don't like bitter thing don't get it. 3 packs of boxes come inside it. The packaging is pretty... it looks expensive.
