This is a water-based hybrid sunscreen. It is thick, lightweight and moisturizing but not suitable for my skin tone or people darker than I am. However, it's a good base for make-up.
I had high hopes for this sunscreen

I love the sunscreen, it does moisturize my skin in addition to protecting it from the sun. It does not leave a whitecast and it it is quite moisturizing. It doesn’t pill.
