Its taste reminds me of the vitamin c that I took when I was little. The smell of the fish collagen is hard to notice so rest assure that you might get defeated by the fishy smell. I just recently used it so I can't say much about its effect on my skin.

Convient packaging for single dose of collagen and vitamin C for daily need. Haven’t tried it but heard good reviews about it.
