This has an essence like texture but I like to use this with a cotton round and apply it like a toner. It soothes my irritated skin and reduces my redness after cleansing while leaving my skin feeling hydrated. I like that it has no scent because I’m sensitive to heavy fragrances. Doesn’t feel sticky after application. Perfect for sensitive skin that need some deep hydration.
