Decent toner |

While the toner is hydrating I’m not so sure about its effectiveness as an exfoliating toner as it seems to contain low amount of AHA and PHA. I’ve used various exfoliating / AHA products over the years and this one felt very gentle and mild in comparison to others. The consistency is thicker and viscous. I probably won’t repurchase.
