This toner hydrates and moisturizes, and saved my skin this past winter. I love that it has ceramides, and it comes in such a big bottle. There is a scent to it which is a light sweet citrus scent, but it doesn't linger or irritate my skin. I personally like the fragrance, and normally my skin isn't super sensitive though.

I love this TONER so much. My face gets dry and more oil is made on my face. So i began to use this and it change my skin. I made a lot of my friends buy this. SO GOOD. I love the smell of it.
