This is my final step in my skin flooding. It helps to combat my oil, sooth and hydrate, is slightly tacky when it's first applied but dries down nicely. I will repurchase

They call this intensely moisturizing and I would not say that. It feels great on the skin but I would say you need an essence, serum or cream to make it complete. I have lots of toners and for some reason it is just not one I reach for often
