There is no scent to this, no sunscreen smell, and no overwhelming masking scent. The texture is light - I would describe it as less runny than an essence but not as thick as a full on moisturizer. It absorbs really well, leaving no white cast. This sunscreen sits well under makeup and does not pill upon reapplication.
