This eye patch was very gentle and soothing on my under eyes. There was no irritation. It is also fragrance free. Compare to other eye patches that I tried, I think this one has less essence/serum. But it is good to use one in while. I purchased this when it was on sale. Not sure if I would repurchase if there is no sale.
