True to its name, it is a watery sunscreen. But what's unique about this is it quickly sets to a velvety texture with no shine. I might even pass this on to my bro since guys hate anything even slightly sticky and this is the least sticky sunscreen I have. I would recommend this to oily, dehydrated skin. But given the ingredients I think this was actually formulated with dry skin in mind. There's no white cast which I expected since it's a chemical sunscreen.
