I don't use this every day because my skin is quite sensitive but I use it at least twice a week. I do see the difference in my pores and my skin feels a lot less sensitive these days since I started incorporating this into my routine. Because my skin is very sensitive and thin, I've avoided using this everyday. But this has worked in my favor because I haven't gotten any irritation from it but have seen a good effect on my skin even though it's taken time.

It does feel a bit prickly. It leaves my skin baby smooth but slightly sensitive the next morning, like my skin feels tender (not tight). It works but I want to see long term studies? I don’t think I will be using this daily, maybe once in a while, once a week?
