It's plush but rinses off cleanly. It took off my (admittedly light) makeup and sunscreen without a problem. Would prefer if it were unscented but it's not lingering so I can live with it.

Really love this oil cleanser. It really removes make up, even waterproof make up is really easy to remove, especially dirt and excess oil on the face, it's immediately clean. Oil cleanser is not heavy, easy to wash off, and doesn't leave dry skin, let alone pulling. Afterwards, the skin feels fresher. By the way, it doesn't leave any residue afterward. Recommended for oily skin, you'll definitely like it.

It claims to cleanse waterproof makeup .As I've been a makeup girly I had a lot of makeup products that is waterproof but this girl right here does it .It has a low pH 5.5. It has no greasy feeling and super light to the skin. It easily dissolves my makeup so well. My 2nd fave.
