I heard so much of this toner, which drived me to buy on Stylekorean when it's on sales. It didn't disappoint me. Texture like water, not sticky. I want to brighten skin tone and dark spot. I think it helps after a time of use. Of course, it needs to combine other brightening serum or some things but as a toner, generally, it works well.
