Gives increased hydration level that's up to 70%. A cream version of the Aqua Bomb Toner. Very hydrating water-rich cream and lightweight. I prefer to use this on daytime as it's not heavy and is great for layering. For night usage, I find this too light as it dries up after hours and reapplication is needed.
