This is a great base for the no makeup look and a good primer. I haven't tried it with powered eye shadows though.

Pictured is shade 03 Neutral Nuts in the opened product. Loved it so much bought the shade 04 Deep Coral in the unopened package. Stunning liquid eyeshadow, does not crease and lasts all day. Super easy to blend and wear. Bit of a pricey item for a singular eyeshadow but totally worth the money.
