The Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner has become one of my favorite steps in my routine. It feels instantly hydrating and soothing, especially on sensitive skin, and gives my face that soft, dewy “glass skin” look without feeling heavy or sticky.
I love how it layers under other products—lightweight, calming, and leaves my skin feeling smoother and more balanced. It’s the kind of toner that actually makes your skin look better the more you use it.

This is the first milk toner I have ever used. I really like it because it is not too sticky. Also very good for combination skin. I use it 2x in a day morning and evening.

One of the best in your cart, honestly. Gives hydration + glow without heaviness. Works well for sensitive skin and helps with overall skin tone. Milky texture but not sticky.

I preferred other rice toners to this, not sure if it was this product alone, but my skin didn't like it very much and skin condition improved after discontinuing use. But overall felt okay when putting on, and still giving it 4 stars because I'm not certain it was this product.
