I have definitely seen a decrease in acne and redness since using these products twice a day. I like that it doesn't have hyaluronic acid because it makes me break out. So this is my favorite azelaic acid that I have tried so far.

I reached out to customer service both via phone and email and had no response in over a month, just saying buyers beware if something goes wrong with your order no one will help…

I’ve used this for a month. It’s okay nothing revolutionary. It does make my skin more glowy, plump and soft the next day, but the effect doesn't last that long.
