I tried the Pyunkang Yul 1/3 Cotton Pads and I actually understood why they’re called ‘1/3 pads.’ They absorb much less product than regular cotton pads, so I needed far less toner. They feel soft and don’t leave cotton fibers on the skin, which I really liked. My favorite way to use them was soaking a few pads with toner and placing them on dry areas as a mini mask for a few minutes. I wouldn’t use them for removing heavy makeup because they’re very thin, but for toner application they worked really well.”
Community feedback is mixed:
* Many users like them because they reduce toner waste and feel soft on the skin.
* Some users felt they were too thin for wiping the face or removing makeup.
For your skin (sensitive + dry), these can work nicely with hydrating toners because they can double as quick hydration pads for cheeks or dry areas.
