My relationship with this cream is a bit of a love-hate one because there's a lot of misinformation. This cream doesn't get rid of acne; it helps, but if your acne is severe, it doesn't help at all, and if you have oily skin, it's useless. It's a product that should be used at night unless you have very dry skin.
