I’ve tried both the Dr. Althea 345 Moisture Cream and the 147 Repair Cream, and while they’re both good, I personally prefer the 345 Moisture Cream. The 345 has a really nice, lightweight texture that still feels nourishing on the skin. It absorbs well without feeling heavy, and it does a great job at soothing my skin—especially when it’s irritated. What I love most is how it locks in moisture and keeps my skin feeling comfortable for hours without any greasiness. I’ve noticed that whenever I use the 345 consistently, my skin looks more balanced, hydrated, and less prone to redness. It’s the one I keep reaching for, especially for daily use. Overall, both are solid options, but if you’re looking for something soothing, lightweight, and great for maintaining hydration, I’d definitely recommend the 345 Moisture Cream. It’s the one that works best for me and the one I’d repurchase.

I love, love, love this cream. Perfect for my "combination skin", it hydrates, soothes, restores skin barrier and, it doesn't make me oily. It pairs well with serums and make-up. I've repurchased multiple times.
