I have pretty bad rosacea and picked this up hoping that it would help even out the redness. Have been using it daily for about a week, and while I don't see much of an improvement, it hasn't been that long ago I have faith. It's thick and hydrating, almost a gel texture, but not sticky, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Overall a pretty inoffensive product, and I just have to wait see how it works in the long run.

I was genuinely surprised by how elegant this serum feels on the skin. A lot of azelaic acid products can be drying, chalky, or irritating, but this one is the complete opposite — calming, hydrating, and very comfortable to use daily.
