Dr.Althea brands are the best when it comes to korean skincare. This is one of my top moisturizer. I never get break outs. I help my skin a lot when it comes to moisture and hydration.

I’ve been using the Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of those products that makes your skin feel instantly healthier. The first thing I noticed is the texture—it’s rich but not heavy, and it spreads really easily across the skin. Even though it looks like a thicker cream, it absorbs surprisingly well and doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky finish.
What really stands out about this product is how soothing it feels. Whenever my skin is irritated, dehydrated, or just “off,” this cream helps calm everything down. After applying it, my skin feels more comfortable, less tight, and visibly more balanced. It’s especially good after using actives like retinol or exfoliating acids.
I also noticed that my skin barrier feels stronger over time. My skin looks smoother, more hydrated, and less reactive. It gives that healthy, slightly plump look without making my face shiny.
