I really liked the hair oil serum itself, so I ordered this and the rest of the items are small/trial-sized, which is totally fine and expected. However, my order was missing the pink pouch that was clearly shown in the product image. I reached out to customer service to get this resolved, but I have received absolutely no response. Good product, but very disappointed with the missing item and the lack of support.
