E**...@ Through my skincare journey I have tried many toners for my skin type which is dry and none of the toners that I’ve tried so far have come close to the wonders the TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner have done to my skin. It is a good toner with a hydrating feel to it. It is a bit heavy for oily skin but still like it for days when skin is dry or dehydrated. Recommend it highly!
